Our Story
Connect Site Services was founded in 2021 on Whadjuk Noongar Boodja. We are proud to be over 51% Aboriginal owned and operated. We value diversity and our business goals centre around increasing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples capabilities and engagement within the services we offer.
We currently offer our services to the civil construction, construction and mining industries in Western Australia. Our services include but are not limited to Wet and Dry Plant Hire, Labour Hire and Contract Works.
Our People
Justin
The majority shareholder and business manager of Connect Site Services is Kamilaroi man Justin, who has a track record of being a trusted and capable professional. Justin was born on Whadjuk Noongar Boodja but shortly after moved to Sydney, from ages 6-16 he grew up in Queensland, then travelled back to Sydney before settling with family in WA. Justin has always had a strong work ethic and has demonstrated his ability to provide high quality client services, strong computer literacy and works hard to achieve his goals. Justin has gained a wealth of capabilities working across several industries.
Paul
Paul is the recruitment manager and a minority shareholder of Connect Site Services, he is a results-driven professional with a proven track record in a number of organisations for delivering positive recruitment outcomes across a number of industries including construction, civil construction and mining. Paul's track record of success is the result of his employee focused recruitment approach "When we make sure employees are happy, we make sure our clients are happy."
Dan
Dan is the managing director and a minority shareholder of Connect Site Services. Dan has a strong background in the recruitment and labour hire industry in WA with a proven track record of building diverse workforces and achieving outstanding employment outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as well as those from other minority groups. Dan brings almost 10 years of knowledge having been involved in the Perth civil construction & construction industries since he moved to Perth in 2012.
